No. EnviOS does not replace your AI tool. It helps structure the way you use the AI tools you already have. --- 3. What problem does EnviOS solve? Most AI users eventually run into the same problem: every new chat can feel like starting over. Context gets lost. Decisions drift. Priorities become unclear. No. EnviOS includes prompts, but it is not just a prompt pack. How does EnviOS work? EnviOS helps you set up a structured AI workspace. You start with the onboarding files, define your project state, clarify your priorities, and create a continuity structure your AI can follow. When you open a new chat, EnviOS helps your AI recover the project state instead of starting from zero. --- 6. What is included in the package? Each package may include: • START_HERE onboarding kit • AI setup instructions • decision structure • usage workflow • templates and documentation • AI-specific guidance • continuity support materials Package contents may vary depending on the version purchased. --- 7. Which AI tools can I use it with? What if my AI does not support full package uploads? Do I need technical skills? No. EnviOS is designed for regular AI users, not only developers. If you can upload files, copy prompts, and follow step-by-step instructions, you can begin using EnviOS. --- 10. How long does setup take? Most users can begin within 5–15 minutes. More advanced setup may take longer depending on the package, AI tool, and project complexity. --- 11. What is START_HERE? START_HERE is the onboarding guide. It helps you or your AI understand what EnviOS is, what to do first, what to upload, what to copy, and how to begin using the system. --- 12. Do I need to understand the whole system first? No. Start with START_HERE. Set up the foundation first, then expand only when needed. --- 13. Which package should I choose? Starter is for users who want a basic foundation. Pro is for users who want stronger structure, alignment, and decision consistency. Full System is for users who need deeper continuity across sessions and more advanced workflow organization. Most users begin with Pro. --- 14. Does EnviOS guarantee perfect memory? No. EnviOS does not guarantee perfect memory, perfect accuracy, or perfect AI behavior. It provides a structured continuity method designed to help your AI work stay more consistent and recoverable across sessions. --- 15. Does EnviOS collect my private project data? The EnviOS product kit itself is intended to be used within your own AI environment. EnviOS does not require you to submit private project data to EnviOS in order to use the product. You control what information you choose to upload, enter, store, or share with any AI tool or third-party platform. --- 16. Should I upload sensitive information into AI? Only if you understand and accept the privacy policy, memory settings, and data practices of the AI platform you are using. EnviOS is designed to help reduce unnecessary exposure by encouraging users to structure only the information needed for continuity. --- 17. Can I use EnviOS for business projects? Yes. EnviOS can be used for personal projects, business planning, content creation, research, operations, and other long-term AI-assisted work. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs and protecting confidential information. --- 18. Is EnviOS affiliated with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or Perplexity? No. EnviOS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or controlled by those third-party AI providers. EnviOS is designed to help users structure their work across the AI tools they already use. --- 19. Can I resell or redistribute EnviOS materials? No. EnviOS materials are for the purchaser’s own personal or internal workflow use. Users may not resell, redistribute, repackage, publicly publish, or claim ownership of EnviOS materials without written permission. --- 20. Is EnviOS a digital product? Yes. EnviOS is delivered as a digital product package. After purchase, users receive access to downloadable materials, onboarding files, templates, prompts, documentation, or related product content depending on the package purchased. --- 21. What is the refund policy? Because EnviOS is a digital product, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or downloaded. If there is a technical issue with access, delivery, or downloading, contact support@envios.ai so we can help resolve the issue. Refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion, but EnviOS does not guarantee refunds after digital product access has been provided. --- 22. Do I get updates after purchase? EnviOS may provide product improvements or revised materials over time. Any included updates will depend on the package, version, or offer available at the time of purchase. Future versions, major upgrades, expanded systems, or separate products are not automatically included unless specifically stated. --- 23. Is support included? Basic support may be available for product access, download issues, and initial setup questions. Support does not include custom consulting, project management, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or guaranteed AI output troubleshooting. For most users, Pro is the best starting point. Then open START_HERE and let your AI guide the setup step by step.
