FAQ 1. What is EnviOS? EnviOS is a prompt-first AI continuity workflow designed to work with the AI you already use. It is not a replacement for built-in AI memory. It helps you organize and carry forward the working history that still matters — including current state, decisions, corrections, unfinished work, next actions, and the context needed to understand how the project reached its present state. 2. Is EnviOS a new AI model or chatbot? No. EnviOS works with compatible AI platforms rather than replacing them. You continue using the AI environment you already prefer. 3. Is EnviOS just a prompt pack? No. Prompts are part of the system, but the Complete Edition also includes continuity files, operating rules, Project Continuity Carry, Restore workflows, Decision Anchors, Correction Memory, Open Loops, drift checks, platform guidance, and optional advanced tools. 4. Do I have to understand all the files before I start? No. Start with the Setup Prompt and core files. Show them to your AI and let your AI help explain the structure, guide the setup, and tell you what to do next. You can ask questions as you go instead of learning the entire system first. 5. Do I need technical skills? No technical installation is required. EnviOS is designed to be used through conversation with your AI. You can ask: What is this file for? What should I do next? Can you explain this more simply? Which parts do I need for my project? Your AI can help guide the process one step at a time. 6. What is a Project Continuity Carry? A Project Continuity Carry is a compact, reviewable record of the project state that should move forward. It can include confirmed state, important decisions, corrections, open work, next actions, and directions that should not return. 7. When should I create a Carry? Useful times include before changing conversations, after an important decision or correction, after a major project milestone, before a long pause, when a long-running conversation needs a backup, or before changing platforms or work environments. 8. How do I restore my project in a new conversation? Provide the latest Project Continuity Carry to your AI and ask it to restore the project state before continuing. The AI can review what is current, what changed, what remains open, and what requires confirmation. 9. Does EnviOS guarantee permanent memory? No. EnviOS makes continuity more explicit and portable, but it cannot override the memory, context, file, or account limits of an AI platform. 10. Does EnviOS sync automatically in the background? No. The Complete Edition does not promise hidden or automatic background synchronization. The workflow is designed around visible, reviewable continuity that the user can control. 11. Which AI platforms can I use? The Complete Edition includes guidance for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and NotebookLM. Other AI tools may also work when they support suitable prompt, context, project, memory, or file capabilities. Features vary by platform, model, and account. 12. Can I use EnviOS in another language? The Complete Edition includes official English and Korean packages. For another language, you can ask your AI to translate the English prompts and instructions while keeping the EnviOS structure, headings, and file roles as consistent as possible. Translation quality may vary by model and platform. 13. Can advanced users expand EnviOS into their own file or storage workflow? Yes. EnviOS uses a portable file-based structure. Advanced users may adapt that structure to their own storage, project, or cloud workflow. However, the Complete Edition does not include or promise automatic Google Drive or cross-platform synchronization. 14. Is my project data sent to EnviOS? The product is designed to be used inside the AI and storage environment you choose. You decide what information to provide, save, carry, restore, or delete. Third-party AI and storage providers remain governed by their own privacy policies and account settings. 15. Can EnviOS restore everything perfectly? No. Restoration depends on the quality of the Carry, available evidence, the AI platform being used, and user review. EnviOS is designed to reduce false continuity and make uncertainty visible—not to hide missing information. 16. What do I receive? You receive the EnviOS Continuity System — Complete Edition as a digital download, including the Complete English Edition, Complete Korean Edition, Guided Setup, Project Continuity Carry workflow, Restore / Recovery workflow, Decision Anchors, Correction Memory, Open Loops, Drift Check guidance, Platform Usage guidance, and optional advanced continuity and governance files. 17. Is this a subscription? No. The Complete Edition is a $36.99 one-time purchase. No subscription is required for EnviOS. Your chosen AI platform may have its own separate account or subscription costs. 18. What support is included? Support covers delivery issues, basic setup clarification, and product-file questions within the terms shown at purchase. Custom consulting, done-for-you setup, platform account configuration, and personalized project migration are not included unless explicitly stated. 19. What is the refund policy? Because EnviOS is a downloadable digital product, purchases are generally final after the digital product has been delivered or accessed. Requests involving failure to receive the purchased product, a corrupted or unusable delivery file, duplicate charges, an incorrect product being delivered, or a delivered product materially different from its description will be reviewed. Any refund required by applicable law will still be honored. 20. Does EnviOS become more personalized over time? Yes — through the continuity structure you choose to preserve and refine. EnviOS does not retrain the underlying AI model or cause autonomous learning. As you continue using it, you can keep a clearer record of goals, preferences, decision criteria, corrections, working rules, important project history, and the current state those experiences created. Over time, that can give future AI conversations a more relevant starting picture of how you work and where the project stands.
