EnviOS is a digital product and structured AI workflow kit designed to support AI usage, project continuity, and more consistent human-AI collaboration.
EnviOS does not replace human judgment, professional review, or user decision-making.
Users remain responsible for how they use the product, what information they provide to AI tools, and any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on AI-generated outputs.

EnviOS does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice.
Any AI-generated output created while using EnviOS should be reviewed by the user before being relied upon.
EnviOS is intended to support structure, continuity, and workflow consistency. It does not guarantee specific results, accuracy, compliance, uninterrupted performance, business outcomes, or error-free AI behavior.
Limitation of Liability
Use of EnviOS is at the user’s own discretion and responsibility.
EnviOS, Envision4U LLC, its owners, developers, affiliates, and related parties are not liable for losses, damages, business interruptions, data loss, decisions, actions, claims, or outcomes arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Users are responsible for backing up their own files, reviewing AI outputs, protecting sensitive information, and complying with any laws, rules, policies, or platform terms that apply to their use.
Privacy Policy
EnviOS is designed as a privacy-conscious continuity layer.
The EnviOS product kit itself is intended to be used within the user’s own AI environment. EnviOS does not require users to submit private project data to EnviOS in order to use the product.
Users control what information they choose to upload, enter, store, or share with any AI tool, website, service, or third-party platform they use.
Website visits, purchases, downloads, contact forms, email communications, analytics, hosting, and payment processing may be handled through third-party platforms or service providers.
EnviOS does not sell personal user data.
Users should avoid entering sensitive personal, financial, legal, medical, confidential business, or private third-party information into AI tools unless they understand and accept the terms, privacy policies, memory settings, and data practices of the AI platform they are using.
Third-Party AI Tools
EnviOS may be used with third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
EnviOS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or controlled by those third-party AI providers.
Each AI platform has its own terms, privacy policy, memory settings, data controls, limitations, and usage rules. Users are responsible for reviewing and following the policies of the AI tools they choose to use.
Intellectual Property
EnviOS materials, product structure, documentation, prompts, workflows, branding, and related content are owned by Envision4U LLC unless otherwise stated.
Users may use purchased or downloaded EnviOS materials for their own personal or internal workflow use.
Users may not resell, redistribute, copy, repackage, publicly publish, or claim ownership of EnviOS materials without written permission.
Updates and Changes
EnviOS may update, modify, add, remove, or revise product materials, pricing, documentation, policies, or website content at any time.
Continued use of EnviOS after updates means the user accepts the updated materials and policies.
Refund Policy
EnviOS is a digital product. Because digital products can be accessed, copied, or downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once product access has been provided.
If a user experiences a technical issue with access, delivery, or downloading, the user may contact support@envios.ai for assistance.
Refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of EnviOS / Envision4U LLC. EnviOS does not guarantee refunds after digital product access has been provided.
