Terms of Use
EnviOS is designed to support AI-assisted work, project continuity, and more consistent human-AI collaboration.
EnviOS does not replace human judgment, professional review, or user decision-making.
Users remain responsible for how they use the product, what information they provide to AI tools, and any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on AI-generated outputs.
IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION
EnviOS Continuity System — Complete Edition is a digital workflow and organizational product designed to be used with compatible third-party AI platforms. EnviOS provides prompts, continuity files, operating structures, and guidance. It does not provide a separate AI model, guarantee AI behavior, or replace the terms and technical limitations of the AI platform you choose.
PRODUCT SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS
EnviOS is designed to help users structure and maintain continuity in AI-assisted work, including project purpose and current state, decisions and corrections, preferences and working criteria, open work and next actions, directions that should not return, and continuity information needed for future conversations.
EnviOS does not guarantee permanent or perfect AI memory, perfect restoration of all prior information, automatic or hidden background synchronization, automatic synchronization between AI platforms, model retraining, identical results across AI platforms or models, uninterrupted operation, or specific business, financial, professional, productivity, or other outcomes.
Results depend on factors including the AI platform, model, account capabilities, context limits, files or evidence provided, and user review.
LONG-TERM USE AND PERSONALIZATION
EnviOS is designed so users can refine their continuity structure over time. As you continue using the product, you may preserve and refine information such as your goals, preferences, decision criteria, corrections, working rules, and project history. This can help create an AI working environment that becomes more aligned with your own projects and methods over time.
This does not mean EnviOS retrains the underlying AI model or causes autonomous learning. Any personalization depends on the information you choose to preserve, the continuity structure you maintain, and the capabilities of the AI platform you use.
THIRD-PARTY AI AND STORAGE SERVICES
EnviOS is designed to work with third-party AI and storage environments selected by the user. These services may have their own terms of service, privacy policies, data-retention practices, memory features, file capabilities, account limits, subscription requirements, and security practices.
EnviOS does not control those third-party services. Advanced users may adapt the EnviOS file structure to their own storage or cloud workflow, but the Complete Edition does not include or promise automatic Google Drive or universal cross-platform synchronization.
WEBSITE DATA AND PRIVACY
The current envios.ai site uses Wix and currently has Wix Stores, Wix Forms, Wix Forms & Payments, Wix Members Area, Wix Blog, Wix Multilingual, and SEO-related functionality installed. Depending on how a visitor uses the site, information may therefore be processed for purchases, account/member functions, form or support submissions, site operation, analytics, and related website functions.
Visitors decide what information they submit through forms, account functions, checkout, support requests, and other site interactions. Information handled through Wix or other connected services remains subject to the applicable provider's privacy practices and technical controls.
The Complete Edition itself does not require a customer to send project-content files to EnviOS in order to use the continuity workflow. Customers decide what project information they provide to their chosen AI, place into working files, save to local or cloud storage, include in a Project Continuity Carry, transfer between conversations, retain, or delete.
Cookies and similar technologies may be used by Wix and site functionality for essential operation, member identification, preferences, analytics, performance, and other supported purposes. Wix provides privacy and cookie-consent controls for site owners. Current cookie-banner activation on envios.ai has NOT YET BEEN TOOL-VERIFIED and remains a pre-publication QA item; public policy wording must not imply a verified banner state until that check is completed.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent. EnviOS helps structure continuity but does not eliminate the need for human review.
Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs, verifying important facts, protecting confidential or sensitive information, deciding which project state is current, approving decisions and corrections, maintaining appropriate backups, and complying with applicable laws, professional rules, and third-party platform terms.
EnviOS is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, tax, cybersecurity, or other licensed professional advice.
DIGITAL DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY
The Complete Edition is delivered as a digital product. After receiving the product, customers should save a copy in a location they control.
Because EnviOS is a downloadable digital product, purchases are generally final after the digital product has been delivered or accessed.
Requests involving failure to receive the purchased product, a corrupted or unusable delivery file, duplicate charges, an incorrect product being delivered, or a delivered product materially different from its description will be reviewed.
Any refund required by applicable law will still be honored.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
SUPPORT POLICY
Standard product support includes digital delivery issues, basic clarification of the initial setup process, and questions about the purpose or use of included product files.
Standard support does not include, unless separately stated, custom consulting, full done-for-you EnviOS implementation, personalized project migration, AI account configuration, cloud-storage setup, custom automation development, ongoing project management, or guaranteed troubleshooting of third-party AI-platform issues.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERMITTED USE
Purchase of the Complete Edition gives the purchaser the right to use the provided EnviOS materials for their own authorized personal or business workflow. Purchase does not transfer ownership of EnviOS intellectual property.
Unless expressly permitted in writing, purchasers may not resell the EnviOS package, redistribute the original files as a competing product, publish or distribute substantial portions of the package as their own, sublicense the product files to third parties, or remove ownership notices and represent the product as independently created.
Users may create their own project-specific working files, Continuity Carries, notes, configurations, and adaptations for their own use.
